Manna

Manna is food that the children of Israel received in the wilderness. Nephi told his brethren, “ye also know that they were fed with manna in the wilderness” (1 Nephi 17:28).

Zeniff told his people to trust in God, “who brought the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt”. He said God “fed them with manna that they might not perish in the wilderness” (Mosiah 7:19).
